Salary: £25,000 per annum depending on the experience

Purpose of Post:

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role as a primary liaison between our support workers and clients. If you are energetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective multitasking, then this role could be an ideal fit for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in care coordination. 
• Exceptional customer service skills, enabling the delivery of outstanding support to clients.
• Strong ability to thrive under pressure, manage time efficiently, and take initiative. 
• Proven influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to persuade and earn respect. 
• Effective telephone etiquette, coupled with the ability to build relationships, actively listen, and communicate clearly across all levels. 
• Willingness to participate in an on-call system during out-of-office hours, following a rotating schedule. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
